1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sabz Studios Pty Ltd’s website and services, including but not limited to video production, branding, and digital marketing services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

2. Services Offered

Sabz Studios provides the following services:

Video Production

  • Commercials
  • Brand Films
  • Documentaries
  • Animation & Motion Graphics 

Branding & Creative Services

  • Visual Identity Design 
  • Creative Strategy 

All services are subject to a written agreement outlining scope, timelines, and payment terms.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide necessary materials (logos, brand guidelines, footage, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Approve project milestones to avoid delays.
  • Ensure all provided content is legally permissible (no copyright violations).

     

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

  • Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final work (as agreed in the contract).
  • Raw Footage & Drafts: Unless otherwise agreed, Sabz Studios retains ownership of unused footage, project files, and working drafts.
  • Third-Party Assets: Any licensed music, stock footage, or fonts used in projects remain subject to their original licensing terms.

     

5. Payments & Cancellations

A deposit is required before work begins.

Late Payments: May incur additional fees or pause project progress.

CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

  • By Client:

If the Client cancels the project after commencement, all deposits paid shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.

The Client shall be liable for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date at Sabz Studios as specified in the project agreement.

The Client shall additionally be responsible for any third-party costs already incurred by Sabz Studios on the Client’s behalf.

 

  • By Sabz Studios:

Sabz Studios reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client fails to make payments as specified in the payment schedule.

Sabz Studios may terminate the agreement if the Client fails to provide required materials, approvals or feedback for a period exceeding 30 days.

 

6. Revisions & Approval Process

The number of revisions depends on the agreed-upon project scope.

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

 

7. Confidentiality

Sabz Studios agrees to keep client-sensitive information confidential unless required by law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Sabz Studios is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors.

We are not responsible for business losses resulting from project deliverables.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts under Australian Law.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Sabz Studios reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
